 Start the New Year off right with this free drop-in workshop designed to help improve your self care routine through the planned addition of music.

Participants will learn:

- Benefits of singing: breathe control, improving lung capacity, strengthening vocal cords
- Benefits of rhythm-based activities: crossing mid-line, movement to music
- Using music to accompany stretching and/or exercising
- Relaxation techniques
- How to use music to enhance your self-care practice
